Sancris Linhas e Fios informs that it is republishing the Salary Transparency Report issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment - MTE, solely in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 14,611/2023, Decree No. 11,795/2023, and Ordinance 3,714/2023.

It is important to highlight that the report presented data considering the entire universe of women and men in the company generically, without taking into account the hierarchical level, the work activities of each gender, actual position, individual performance, length of employment in the company, and time spent in the role, as established by the CLT itself.

Similarly, the report issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment - MTE did not consider the norms, bonuses, collective agreements, and notably, the Salary and Position Plan, all implemented by Sancris. For these reasons, we emphasize that the report issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment - MTE does not accurately reflect the current scenario of Sancris for the following reasons:

The report was prepared and conducted unilaterally by the Ministry of Labor and Employment - MTE, without any participation from Sancris in the analysis process and definition of the methodological criteria used. For this reason, Sancris does not have information justifying the variables considered in the salary comparison between men and women.

The methodology used by the Ministry of Labor and Employment - MTE is based solely on the CBO (Brazilian Occupation Code), which we believe does not reflect the reality of the company, much less the complexity of existing roles.

A generic assessment cannot be accepted as an absolute truth, as the only way to investigate any salary difference between genders would be through a detailed analysis of the nuances of each role, as well as the individual competencies and performances of each employee.

We understand that the report did not consider significant factors such as the length of employment of each employee in the company and the time spent in each role. These factors are determinants for salary composition, as provided for in paragraph 5 of article 461 of the CLT.

The report did not take into account the bonuses established by the company through collective agreements, much less the Salary and Position Plan, another determining factor for analyzing the existence or not of salary parity, as provided for in paragraph 2 of article 461 of the CLT.

Sancris, pioneeringly, has the majority of its workforce composed of women, always respecting the salary floor equally within the limits provided in article 461 of the CLT. However, as the report was prepared without considering these variations and peculiarities, the composition of employees by gender without the caveat of these criteria can influence the average salaries indicated.

Finally, Sancris emphasizes the special treatment it has always had regarding equality, reflected in the very report that points to the predominance of women in its workforce.

In the same way, it reaffirms its commitment to gender equality, inclusion of diverse groups, and the enhancement of policies and programs aimed at ensuring an inclusive work environment.

However, despite the above-mentioned reservations and inconsistencies that have been pointed out and justified, with the aim of complying with the provisions of Paragraph 3 of Article 2 of Decree No. 11,795/2023, Sancris makes available the salary transparency report issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment through the link below:
