To participate, you must be enrolled and attending elementary or high school, with a maximum duration of two years. This is a highly valued program, where we seek to identify young people with the potential and desire to be hired into the main staff.
To become a young apprentice, you must:
• Be between 14 and 24 years old, except in cases of people with disabilities (no age limit);
• Maintain attendance at both theoretical and practical activities offered by the program and the company;
• If the apprentice has not yet completed high school, he/she must be enrolled and attending school;
• Maintain adequate academic and professional performance.
