The “Linha de Poliéster Core Spun (Poliéster/Poliéster)” is manufactured with a continuous high-tenacity polyester filament core, covered with polyester cut fiber, ensuring resistance, sewability and stretching. It stands out for being more resistant to exposure to sweat, chlorine and cleaning products.
It is recommended for applications that require stretching, such as fitness fashion, beachwear, lingerie, tailoring, fine shirts or value-added products.
It also stands out for being a differentiated product in the market for critical operations requiring high resistance and speed, such as electronic machines in general or dull embroidery, due to its immense variety of colors, uniformity and stable stretching.
Its color chart offers the widest range of options available on the market. With countless options, from the most subtle and neutral tones to the most vibrant and bold colors.
Production is carried out using modern, high-tech machinery and is supervised by technicians who closely monitor all stages. Separate checks are carried out during each manufacturing process to ensure resistance, reproducibility and color fidelity, thus maintaining the standard and quality of our cones.

Main recommended applications for this product.
Threads, threads and zippers require special care to have a long useful life and the desired performance, preventing the goods from becoming damaged. It is essential to take some care after storage, so that the sewing performance is maintained.
Threads, yarns and zippers may have their quality affected while they are stored, so there are essential and simple precautions that prevent deformities in packaging and products, preserving quality and increasing shelf life.
Humidity – Silent enemy
Excessive humidity in an environment facilitates the proliferation of microorganisms that are responsible for forming mold (popularly known as mildew). These fungi feed on the fibers and cause changes in the appearance and color of products in general.
TIP: The use of dehumidifiers, for example, can be an option to prevent the proliferation of microorganisms and avoid losses due to loss of stock.
There are dehumidifiers on the market that can operate in environments of up to 25,000 m3 and that can be used in production or in storage areas. With the use of this equipment, the air humidity is continuously controlled and, as soon as the humidity reaches the desired level, the dehumidifier turns off and starts operating again when necessary.
Excessive light and heat
One way to avoid problems is to keep the temperature and lighting of the location under control. Excessive heat, for example, can damage Threads, Yarns, and Zippers, causing deformities and waves. They also need to be protected from light, so as not to lose their color due to direct natural or artificial lighting. Find a place that offers this type of protection, preventing discoloration.
TIP: Control the room temperature so that it doesn't get too high. If you don't have a specific place to protect the materials from light, place a thicker fabric on top to create a kind of protective cover.
Dust
Dust can be a major villain in the production process. In addition to making it look dirty, dust often causes problems, especially with the threads and wires that tend to get stuck and break the machines because of it. Over time, this dirt tends to form small "balls" that close the holes in the machines, causing headaches. After all, who likes wasting time threading the machine?
TIP: Store Threads, Yarns and Zippers in their factory packaging to prevent dust and dirt build-up. Remove only when you are going to use it. In the case of sewing threads, when they are already positioned in the machine, a plastic bag around them while you sew also protects them from dust.
Controlling production and storage sites is essential to maintain product quality and preserve shelf life, avoiding losses and financial damages. Remove from stock only as needed. Avoid placing food and liquids close together to avoid staining and always keep packaging closed.
Take the precautions mentioned and ensure the correct expiration date for your products!
